IDO options

Types of sale on EnetPad.

  • Launchpad Subscription: In the Launchpad subscription format, users can commit a certain amount of BNB towards a token sale, where their final allocation of the new token is determined by the ratio of their committed BNB against the total committed BNB by all participating users.

For example: A total of 1,000,000 ENET tokens are being offered in a new presale session. A user commits 1000BNB and 9 other users commit a total of 9,000 BNB during the subscription period. This user would receive a ratio of 1,000 BNB / 10,000 BNB, or 10% of all tokens (100,000 INER) offered in the first step of the calculation.

However, since there is a Hard Cap per user, users that hit the hard cap will have their allocation passed onto other participants that committed less BNB.

Since both Investor A and Investor B have reached the hard cap, their additional allocation or remaining allocation of ENET tokens will be distributed between the remaining Investors based on their commitment ratio

Once the final token allocation is finalized, we will deduct the corresponding amount from each investor´s locked BNB balance based on the predetermined rate. Investors can withdraw their committed BNB from the pool.

  • Time-locked pools: (TLP) is suitable for (Seed, Private & Public sales). it has a Lock-In period or vesting period and investors get their swapped tokens only after completion of vesting period.
